Job Description

As a Game Attendant at Entertainment Venues Ltd., you play a vital role in ensuring our gaming equipment is in top shape and our customers have a fantastic experience. Your job will involve monitoring the operation of games, assisting players, and ensuring safety protocols are followed, making every visit memorable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of gaming equipment.
• Aid customers in gameplay and provide necessary instructions.
• Manage cash handling for tokens and ticket sales.
• Ensure that all health and safety standards are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and seek to enhance their experience.
• Ensure gaming areas are maintained to high cleanliness standards.
• Identify and rectify any technical issues encountered.
• Restock gaming supplies and track inventory.
• Inform management of any equipment needing repair.
• Participate in onboarding new team members when required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

Technical Skills

Advantageous

• Experience in Gaming Industry: Previous work experience in gaming or entertainment venues is preferred.
