Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Appliance Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The right candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of household appliances, ensuring timely and effective service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances efficiently.
  • Provide onsite customer service and consultation regarding appliance issues.
  • Document job details and maintain records of repairs and parts used.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent appliance breakdowns.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operations.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in managing inventory of parts and necessary tools.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers through effective communication.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Appliance Repair or a related field (preferred)
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair or a related field.
