As an Academic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting educational excellence within our institution. You will oversee curriculum development, coordinate academic programs, and collaborate closely with faculty to implement best practices in teaching and learning.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to improve student learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with faculty to discuss curricular improvements.
  • Assist in recruitment and training of new academic staff.
  • Ensure the integration of technology in the curriculum.
  • Advise on current educational trends and innovations.
  • Collect feedback from staff and students to improve educational offerings.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Curriculum Development Strong expertise in designing academic curricula.
  • Project Management Proficient in managing educational projects and initiatives.
  • Policy Development Experience in creating educational policies and procedures.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Leadership Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Problem-solving Adept at identifying and resolving issues effectively.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience in curriculum mapping: Hands-on experience with mapping curricula to standards.
  • Knowledge of educational software systems: Familiarity with using educational software for record-keeping and reporting.
