We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, overseeing site operations, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects within budget.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee the construction process and site staff.
• Evaluate work performance and ensure tasks are completed to specification.
• Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain communication with project stakeholders.
• Conduct site audits to ensure quality standards.
• Provide feedback to management regarding project challenges and achievements.
• Foster a collaborative environment among the site team.
• Organise materials and ensure their availability for timely project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the construction environment
