Job Description

We are seeking a Geoscientist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will conduct geological assessments, analyse data, and provide expertise in resource management. You will work collaboratively with engineers and environmental specialists to develop sustainable approaches to geoscience challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Perform geological mapping and sampling.
  • Evaluate and interpret geological data for project planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Draft and review environmental impact assessments.
  • Monitor project compliance with environmental standards.
  • Provide expert recommendations based on geological data.
  • Engage in fieldwork activities, including site visits.
  • Utilise software applications to analyse geological models.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Geosciences or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in geoscience or environmental consulting

Certifications
  • Chartered Geologist (CGeol)
Languages
