Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Research Scientist to join our Cambridge team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine research methodologies to ensure scientific rigor.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of research protocols and make recommendations.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance project outcomes.
  • Supervise laboratory activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare grant proposals to secure funding for ongoing and future research projects.
  • Engage in continuous learning to remain at the forefront of scientific advancements.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in a relevant scientific field
  • Additional qualifications in project management are a plus
