We are seeking an experienced Wind Energy Operations Manager to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our offshore wind farms. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while optimizing operational performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the safety of personnel and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of operational processes.
  • Implement best practices for operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate training programs for technicians to enhance their skills.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate operational strategies.
  • Utilise data analytics tools to drive performance improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Advanced degree in Renewable Energy preferred
  • Leadership Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Health and Safety Management In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance.
  • Data Analysis Competent in using data analytics tools for performance optimisation.
  • Communication Exceptional communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving Adept at identifying and resolving operational challenges.
  • Teamwork Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with SCADA systems: Knowledge of SCADA systems relevant to offshore wind operations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies: Understanding of methodologies to enhance project workflows.
