Job Description

As a Personal Care Aide with Compassionate Care Co., you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring clients' safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care, assisting clients with personal care tasks.
  • Prepare nutritious meals while taking dietary restrictions into account.
  • Keep clients engaged through activities and social interaction.
  • Monitor clients' physical and mental health, noting any changes.
  • Ensure a tidy living space and perform light housekeeping tasks.
  • Support clients during appointments and outings.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare staff regarding client needs.
  • Document all care activities and observations accurately.

Requirements

Education
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience with elderly care or specific medical conditions preferred
Technical Skills
  • Patient handling techniques

Certifications
