Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pathologist responsible for the analysis of patient samples to provide accurate diagnoses and support treatment decisions. This is a key role that requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analyses of patient specimens and document results meticulously.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions with clinical teams regarding diagnostic results.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures within the laboratory.
  • Mentor junior pathologists and laboratory technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Review and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect best practices.
  • Lead audits to ensure compliance and optimize laboratory processes.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings to discuss case studies and patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
  • Specialist training in Clinical Pathology
Experience
  • 4-5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
