Join our growing team as a Heat Treating Equipment Setter, Operator, and Tender. This position involves setting up and operating various heat treating equipment used in metal and plastic processing. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of heat treating equipment and understand their operational capabilities.
• Conduct pre-production checks and equipment inspections.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to optimise workflow.
• Assist in developing best practices for equipment operation.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Manufacturing or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in heat treating or metal processing environments

Languages
