Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our Leeds office. As part of the IT Support and Administration team, you will provide essential support to both software and hardware systems, ensuring that our technology runs smooth and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical support roles
