We are searching for skilled Forging Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate and maintain forging machines to produce high-quality metal components. Responsibilities

• Control the operation of forging machines, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Adjust machine settings for varying material specifications.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production progress.
• Document production data and report any quality issues immediately.
• Assist in training new employees on machinery operations and safety protocols.
• Work closely with the production team to streamline processes.
• Engage in regular safety training sessions to uphold workplace safety.
• Maintain an understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Support junior operators in their tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in machine operation are advantageous

Experience

• Proven experience operating forging machines in a manufacturing environment
