Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will provide technical support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues while maintaining a focus on customer service. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient operation and user satisfaction within our IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve user inquiries through phone, email, or in-person.
  • Setup and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Assist in the documentation of IT procedures and policies.
  • Participate in IT projects to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct user training sessions on new software tools.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend upgrades.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
