Responsibilities
Strategically plan the IT department's future direction.
Oversee the team responsible for IT support, ensuring excellent service quality.
Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance productivity.
Develop metrics to evaluate the efficiency of IT operations.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their technology needs.
Ensure effective communication between IT and other departments.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Promote a collaborative environment within the IT team.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
MBA or equivalent is a plus
Experience
8+ years in IT with at least 3 years in a leadership role
