Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Ipswich team. The ideal candidate will excel in resolving technical issues, managing user accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries and issues.
  • Resolve technical problems via remote assistance or onsite support.
  • Maintain and update documentation of IT procedures and issues.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new systems.
  • Monitor network performance and resolve issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in IT projects and rollouts as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • IT Support certifications are highly valued

  • 3+ years of IT support experience
