Junior Network Engineer

Join our supportive team as a Junior Network Engineer! In this role, you'll assist in maintaining network systems and ensuring smooth operations while gaining exposure to advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
• Assist with network setup for new installations and configurations.
• Document network issues and service requests using ticketing systems.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure network policies are enforced.
• Provide first-level support for troubleshooting network equipment.
• Assist in network cable management and patching.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss network improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Information Technology or a related field
• Certificates such as CompTIA Security+ are advantageous

Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic network troubleshooting
• Familiarity with firewall and security protocols

Languages
