Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be at the forefront of our production process, ensuring high-quality colorants are produced efficiently. You will mix pigments and dyes according to specifications while adhering to strict quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mixing equipment and set up for daily production runs.
• Mix pigments according to precise formulas and measurements.
• Monitor the mixing process and adjust settings as required.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks on mixed products.
• Collaborate closely with the Quality Control team to resolve discrepancies.
• Train new personnel on the mixing and blending processes.
• Report equipment malfunctions and participate in maintenance routines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in chemical mixing or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in pigment mixing or a related field

Languages
