The Harbor Police Launch Commander oversees and manages all operations related to harbor policing and safety at a specified location. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with maritime laws, regulations, and protocols while also leading a team in emergency response situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance and readiness of police vessels and equipment.
• Engage with local communities to foster cooperative relationships.
• Monitor and assess safety protocols in dock and vessel operations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior officers in the department.

Requirements

Education

• Valid captain's license or equivalent certification
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a supervisory role in maritime law enforcement.
