Job Description

As an On-Scene Supporter, you will be responsible for providing immediate assistance during emergencies. You will coordinate closely with emergency responders to ensure that clients receive the support they need, ensuring effective communication throughout the crisis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support during crises and emergencies.
  • Assist clients in navigating emergency protocols effectively.
  • Collaborate with emergency teams to coordinate response efforts.
  • Deliver clear updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Keep accurate logs of the response activities.
  • Ensure safety measures are followed for all parties involved.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in customer service or public relations is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Basic first aid and emergency response skills
Soft Skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Certifications
  • Crisis Management Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
