Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wellness Program Manager to lead our health initiatives in Doncaster. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting wellness and have a strong background in health promotion, community engagement, and programme development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate wellness initiatives and ensure they align with local health objectives.
  • Advocate for community health by representing wellness initiatives at public events.
  • Utilise data analytics to assess programme impact and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with health care professionals to develop integrated health solutions.
  • Manage wellness programme staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.
  • Review and update wellness programmes to reflect the changing needs of the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services, Nutrition, or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health or related field is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in community health programme development
