Job Description

As a Community Health Worker, you'll play a vital role in connecting individuals with health resources and services. Your responsibilities will include conducting outreach, providing education on health issues, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support community needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in public health or social services
