Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Special Forces Senior Sergeant to join our elite special operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating missions, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring the highest level of operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee special operations missions, ensuring successful execution.
• Guide team members in tactical decision-making.
• Develop comprehensive operational plans.
• Assess operational risks and implement safety protocols.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills.
• Foster relationships with partner agencies for cohesive operations.
• Maintain strict adherence to military guidelines.
• Analyze intelligence data for informed operational planning.
• Introduce new strategies to enhance mission success.
• Support team cohesion and morale through effective leadership.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Special Forces or similar role
• Successful completion of Special Forces selection and training
