Responsibilities

• Supervise furnace operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on casting equipment.
• Oversee quality control measures and inspection processes.
• Assist in the training of new operators on equipment and procedures.
• Evaluate and adjust furnace parameters to optimize performance.
• Prepare and maintain records of inventory and materials used.
• Implement best practices for waste reduction and resource conservation.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in metallurgy or foundry technology

Experience

• 3 years of experience in metal refining or a related field
