Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to elevate our brand's online presence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies across various platforms, monitoring analytics, and driving audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate social media calendar and publishing schedules.
  • Assess and improve brand voice and messaging for social platforms.
  • Set and track KPIs for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct audience research to understand target demographics.
  • Manage crisis communication on social media when necessary.
  • Enhance the company's social media presence through engagement.
  • Regularly review and optimise social media tools and resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant experience
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media
