Job Description

Join our dedicated training team as a Corporate Trainer. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and workshops that drive employee engagement and growth. Your expertise in facilitating learning experiences will be critical in fostering a culture of excellence within the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging training workshops and seminars.
  • Utilise various adult learning techniques to enhance understanding and retention.
  • Monitor and report on training progress and outcomes.
  • Create and maintain training records for all employees.
  • Guide new hires through onboarding processes with comprehensive training.
  • Act as a mentor to junior trainers and assist in their development.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and enthusiasm.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training or a similar role
