Responsibilities

• Design a curriculum that follows the EYFS framework and is tailored to the students' needs.
• Encourage socialisation, cooperation, and teamwork among students.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Engage in professional development to improve teaching skills.
• Build rapport with students to support their emotional and social development.
• Encourage parent involvement in classroom activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Additional certifications in child development are advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten or early years setting
