Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Education Program Director to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our educational programmes. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for education and prior experience in managing educational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of educational programming within Kingswood.
• Advocate for best practices in education and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with senior management to align educational initiatives with organisational goals.
• Evaluate and implement educational technology that enhances learning experiences.
• Mentor and coach staff to improve educational practices.
• Collaborate with parents and community members to promote educational initiatives.
• Conduct research to identify emerging trends in education and apply relevant knowledge to programme development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Administration is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in leading educational programmes

Certifications

• Certified Administrator of International Schools (CAIS)

• Familiarity with OFSTED regulations: Understanding of inspection frameworks and requirements for schools.
