Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
  • Adobe Captivate Proficient in using Adobe Captivate for e-learning development.
  • Articulate Storyline Experienced with Articulate Storyline to create interactive learning experiences.
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) Familiar with various Learning Management Systems for course delivery.
  • Analytical Skills Highly skilled in data analysis to inform instructional practices.
  • Team Collaboration Effective communicator, contributing to team success and project goals.
  • Creative Thinking Adept at generating innovative ideas for instructional materials.
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • Advanced Instructional Designer Certification (AIDC)
  • English (Fluent)

  • Experience in remote learning program development: Proven track record in creating learning solutions for online environments.
