Job Description

We're looking for an Instructional Designer with a passion for education and technology to help shape our curriculum development efforts. You will play a key role in delivering compelling educational content that enhances learner engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging curriculum content that meets the diverse needs of learners.
  • Design and develop e-learning modules using authoring tools and learning management systems.
  • Assess the effectiveness of instructional materials through data analysis and learner feedback.
  • Provide training and support for educators on new instructional strategies and tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in instructional design and educational technology.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by engaging with stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Educational Technology is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in instructional design with a focus on digital learning
