Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
• Work closely with students to provide guidance and assistance.
• Monitor student behaviour and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
• Help create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Assist with the preparation and setup of classroom activities.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Collaborate with the educational team to enhance student learning.
• Facilitate communication between students and teachers.
• Encourage a growth mindset among students.
• Assist in assessing and evaluating student performance.

Requirements

Education

• A-levels or equivalent qualification
• Degree in Education or related field preferred

Experience

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable
