Job Description

As a Nurse Anesthetist, you will play a crucial role in administering anesthesia to patients undergoing various medical procedures. Collaborating closely with healthcare professionals, you will ensure the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after surgeries. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients prior to surgery to ascertain anesthesia requirements.
  • Administer local and general anesthesia as per protocol.
  • Respond promptly to any complications arising during anesthesia administration.
  • Collaborate with pre-op and post-op teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate the surgical team about the anesthesia process and potential risks.
  • Implement quality control measures in anesthesia practice.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Master’s degree in Anesthesia or related field is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical anesthesia role.
