Job Description

Health and Therapy Solutions Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Trainer in Cheltenham. This role involves developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills of therapists, focusing on effective patient care and rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging sessions on occupational therapy techniques.
  • Develop solid relationships with trainees for better learning outcomes.
  • Incorporate feedback to enhance future training programs.
  • Assist in the transition of trainees into practical settings.
  • Evaluate curriculum content for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Provide input into strategic training initiatives within the organization.
  • Network with other professionals to gather insights for training.
  • Support continuous learning and professional development in the team.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and progress.
  • Prepare reports on training effectiveness and participant feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of practical experience in occupational therapy and 2 years in a training role
