Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Leeds. You will provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients while collaborating with healthcare professionals. Your role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and creating management plans to enhance patient health.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and improve patient care outcomes.
  • Implement evidence-based practices in daily operations.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of nursing staff.
  • Conduct health screenings and manage follow-up care.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment is preferred
