Job Description

As a Behavioural Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting human behaviour patterns using scientific methods and data analysis techniques. You will work closely with clients to identify behaviour-related issues, develop interventions, and assess the effectiveness of behavioural strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee data collection processes to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Evaluate data for trends and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and families about behaviour modification techniques.
  • Support the development of behaviour analysis resources and tools for team use.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Master's degree in Behavioural Sciences is preferred
Experience
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing behaviour modification strategies.
