Job Description

The Street Cleaning Equipment Operator will ensure the streets of London are clean by operating various street cleaning machinery. This position demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate street cleaning machines to ensure streets remain clean.
• Monitor and report any issues with machinery to the supervisor.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all public spaces.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety.
• Perform ancillary duties as requested by management.
• Engage with the community to understand and address local cleanliness concerns.

Requirements

Education

• Any additional qualifications related to street cleansing are advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
