Responsibilities

• Evaluate competitors’ strategies and identify areas of improvement within our offerings.
• Support operational audits to ensure processes align with business objectives.
• Create presentations for internal stakeholders summarising market analysis and performance metrics.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry changes and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops to drive collaboration among teams on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in business development or analysis

Technical Skills

• Financial Modelling

• Negotiation Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CRM software: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools like Salesforce is a plus.
