Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Glasgow team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients and ensuring their IT systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IT troubleshooting and exceptional communication skills to assist users effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to IT service requests and incidents.
  • Provide technical support for all company software and hardware.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to IT inventory management.
  • Perform system upgrades and maintenance as scheduled.
  • Educate users about IT systems and software best practices.
  • Participate in IT projects as required to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • IT certifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years in a technical support or helpdesk role
