We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to join our talented team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies. This role involves assessing client systems, recommending solutions, and implementing security measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead security assessments to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Advise clients on the implementation of security technologies.
• Design security architecture and protocols for various environments.
• Conduct workshops to enhance client knowledge on cybersecurity risks.
• Create compliance reports reflecting adherence to security policies.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security in the software lifecycle.
• Participate in the planning and execution of security awareness campaigns.
• Analytically assess threats to deliver timely advice and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in information security
