Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Boiling House Hand to join our food processing team. In this role, you will assist in the boiling process of sugar cane juice to produce high-quality sugar crystals. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of boiling equipment during production shifts.
• Support the mixing and refining processes involved in sugar production.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding production flows.
• Conduct troubleshooting on cooking processes to ensure efficiency.
• Implement quality control measures during production.
• Assist in training new staff on operational protocols.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required
• Basic education (high school diploma or equivalent) preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
