Job Description

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Wills Register professional to maintain and update our database of wills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the wills database, ensuring all entries are correct and current.
  • Support clients by explaining the registration process clearly.
  • Monitor and address data protection issues as they arise.
  • Facilitate communications between clients and solicitors.
  • Provide administrative support for related business initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation for compliance audits.
  • Track enquiries and maintain a customer satisfaction rating.
  • Develop guidelines for data handling within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • A degree or diploma in law or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience
  • Prior experience in a legal or administrative role, preferably in wills and estate planning.
