Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Helpers - Production Workers to support our production team. The ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, reliability, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves assisting in everyday production tasks, ensuring quality control, and aiding in machinery operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the quality assurance processes by monitoring product standards.
• Prepare assembly stations and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Work collaboratively within a team, maintaining good communication.
• Perform basic machine operation tasks as required.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling.
• Participate in health and safety audits.
• Train new workers on standard operating procedures.
• Maintain records of production metrics and report them.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years in a similar role is desired.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
