Responsibilities

  • Operate multiple knitting and weaving machines, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Compile production reports and analyse data for efficiency outcomes.
  • Implement best practices in machine operation and textile quality assurance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues with support from technical staff.
  • Engage in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • GCSEs in relevant subjects or equivalent
  • HNC/HND in Textile Technology is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the textile industry
