Job Description

As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients in a healthcare setting. This position requires a strong understanding of basic nursing techniques and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of patients for examinations and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Engage in continuous learning of best nursing practices.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
  • Follow health and safety regulations in all aspects of care.

Requirements

Education
  • Valid First Aid Certificate from a recognized provider
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care preferred
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
