Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Manager to oversee our imaging department in Carlisle. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging services and lead a team of professionals dedicated to patient care. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the imaging department's daily activities.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in diagnostic imaging.
  • Lead team meetings and facilitate training sessions.
  • Monitor patient throughput and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Interface regularly with referring physicians to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement department policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in radiology with managerial responsibilities
