Job Description

As an IT Project Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for managing all phases of project lifecycles, from initiation through closure. Your leadership skills will help guide our team in achieving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and communication between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management
