Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Structural Engineer to join our vibrant team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural analysis and design, with a focus on delivering exceptional quality projects. You will collaborate on a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze structural systems for safety and sustainability.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure quality control for engineering projects.
  • Prepare cost estimates and project schedules.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical guidance.
  • Utilise software tools for structural analysis and design.
  • Review project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Support business development activities through technical expertise.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering roles

  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
