Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in structural design

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Building Regulations Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Institute of Structural Engineers Membership
• CMI Level 5 in Management and Leadership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with advanced materials: Knowledge of innovative materials and their applications in structural design.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software: Experience with energy modeling tools like IES or EnergyPlus.
