Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Engineer where you will be integral in optimising processes and enhancing operational efficiency. You'll be responsible for assessing production strategies, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing production processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Coordinate with production teams to implement new systems.
  • Utilize statistical methods to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status to management.
  • Develop training materials for staff on new procedures.
  • Work with suppliers to source effective production materials.
  • Conduct quality control tests and inspections.
  • Develop process flow charts for new projects.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement software solutions for process tracking.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role
