Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to drive our online presence in the mining and resources sector. This role involves creating dynamic content, managing social platforms, and engaging with our audience to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement social media campaigns that foster brand engagement.
  • Design creative visuals and copy for posts to be shared across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that supports ongoing promotional efforts.
  • Engage with online communities to build brand loyalty and trust.
  • Monitor social media trends and emergent technologies to keep content fresh.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and highlight unique offerings.
  • Collaborate with PR for crisis management on social media.
  • Utilize social media tools for scheduling, analytics, and monitoring.
  • Host webinars or live sessions to promote products and engage with the audience.
  • Support the broader marketing team with strategy development and execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Relevant certifications will be beneficial
