Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our Reading pharmacy. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient consultations, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines. Your expertise will be integral in enhancing patient care and health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager.
• Implement quality assurance protocols for medication safety.
• Conduct research and review drug information for complex medication regimens.
• Develop educational materials for patients regarding their health and medications.
• Assist in inventory management and control of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Enhance patient experience through effective communication and service.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Specialisation in Clinical Pharmacy preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in community pharmacy or hospital pharmacy
