Job Description

As a Pharmacy Supervisor in Peterborough, you will play a vital role in overseeing pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Your leadership will be key in improving our service delivery while providing support to our pharmacy team and enhancing patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between pharmacy staff and management.
• Develop and maintain records of pharmaceutical services provided.
• Support the integration of new technology within pharmacy operations.
• Participate in staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Continuously evaluate processes for potential improvements.
• Engage in community outreach to promote pharmacy services.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceuticals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Pharmacy Management preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy operations
